At Caldwell Chiropractic Center PC, we work hard to help you receive quality chiropractic care at affordable rates. We accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. If you don't see yours listed, please call!
Insurance Policy
When you see us for treatment, we'll bill your primary insurance company as a courtesy. We do not bill secondary insurance carriers.
We will do our best to provide your primary insurance company with sufficient information about the necessity of your care in order to obtain payment. In some cases, we have found that insurance companies will deny or reduce payment no matter what. In such situations, you will be solely responsible for making payment in full on the remaining balance.
Financial Responsibility
Unless prior arrangements have been made, the following payments must be made at the time of services rendered:
